About this Course

Low Back Pain is a condition that involves just less that 10% of the global population and 22% of the people with age over 65 years old with 10% of them claim that are disabled due to the symptoms.
I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon and treated a vast number of patients with Low Back Pain, but also I am a chronic low back pain sufferer following a past injury. Following this I became depressed, pitiful of my condition, my weight was increased and my blood pressure went through the roof. I wanted information and support but I had none from my health providing colleagues. As result of it I start researching, studying and experimenting on me, attempting to improve my symptoms and finally succeeded. I applied these techniques to my patients and worked. Having this experience I am offering my services to you and I am here to help and support you to manage this obstacle

The goal of this course is to give information about the different origins of the back pain making people understand how spine functions and the factors that amplify the symptoms. In addition you will be guided and supported to follow the tips and strategies that can lead you to regain your confidence and improve the quality of your life.
