could improve your moods, examples of meditation, techniques to improve your mental awareness and
finally basic instructions to control our BMI (Body Mass Index).

Yesterday which was Friday , I completed my 12 sessions at the Rehabilitation program, ?I se and feel a
lot of improvement in my balance, walking and the pains have subsided like in a scale of 10 I can say 5
out of 10
I feel so uplifted, my spirit is so joyful no more pity party ?
I once again owe a lot to you for being there for me even though you are miles away physically but with
technology it is as if you here near me
So now I will only attend 1 x a week session which is maintenance only
I will carry on here at home with exercises and do some walking as well

Scholarship from British Orthopaedic Association following his research on biomechanics of
musculosceletal system, resulting to further training in Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, USA. Visiting
Lecturer University in Greece, where established course on Biomechanics of Musculoskeletal System.
Clinical Teacher in UK University for 15 years and Visiting Professor in UK since the last 13 years. Lead
of Department for 12 years, played key role in unification of two general hospital services in one
University Board. Team player having skills of time management, organization and communication,
committed to the goals. Researcher and Author of scientific books and multiple scientific peer reviewed
articles and papers published in Scientific Journals.

I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon and treated a vast number of patients with Low Back Pain, but also I am a chronic low back pain sufferer following a past injury. Following this I became depressed, pitiful of my condition, my weight was increased and my blood pressure went through the roof. I wanted information and support but I had none from my health providing colleagues. As result of it I start researching, studying and experimenting on me, attempting to improve my symptoms and finally succeeded. I applied these techniques to my patients and worked. Having this experience I am offering my services to you and I am here to help and support you to manage this obstacle
